A reason why the environmental problem exists is the lack of citizen culture. In Colombia, the indifference towards the current situation of the Bogota River is evident. However, if the citizens took small actions, they could make the difference and it would allow, not only to make a serious and significant recovery process of the Bogotá River, but also to accelerate the existing one. This document pretend to make a reflection about of use of e-commerce by part of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) located in Bogota, Colombia, based on the collection of secondary data (already developed in other countries studies and Colombia), compared to the use of E-Commerce as a business strategy.As result of globalization, technological change, innovation processes, among others, in recent years, electronic commerce has taken a very important role as research academic area, providing results to the organizations for these can adapt to the globalization changes with the intention of be sustainable and become more competitive.Regarding research, fifteen specialized studies related to E-commerce documents were analyzed, the results lead to raise the opinion by the authors, that Colombian firms are still autistic in the efficient management of ICT. In Colombian case, no study explains which type of income models arising of E-commerce are adopting our enterprises, however, it is to recognize a vocation to strengthen and expand the use of this channel of trade virtual by part of public Colombian policies. - Method for managing lessons learned in IT projects

This article reflects the results of some experiences that the author has been working in recent years into the field of distance and virtual education, particularly in the process that is being developed at the Universidad Abierta y a Distancia Vicerectory (VUAD) from Santo Tomás University to strengthen and consolidate the pedagogical use of information and communications technology (ICT) as part of a combined or mixed model (blended-learning), to face new challenges of social, productive, economic, cultural and educational settings at local, regional, national and international level, making necessary to rethink and project both traditional distance education and e-learning, to new teaching practices, innovative methodological resources and more flexible and dynamic strategies in the context of a more interactive and dialogic teaching.According to the aspects mentioned, the article discusses over threee main topics: the characteristics of distance education, the pedagogical use of ICT and interaction as the basis of the communication mediation in a dialogic teaching context in a blended-learning model. - A cursory look at the logistic equation

The work presented is a shallow reflection of the differential equation logistics. The aim is to recognize or remember the usefulness, of the logistic equation in the study of population as well as in the study of particular sales of a particular product, and other besides some other examples where this equation can be used product. Logistics differential equation has several presentation possibilities that differ in structure, location and definition of the constants that form parameters that constructed it, but despite these differences, all serve to model populations of people, species of animals and market studies species. Precisely in view of this logistic equation, three authors who speak on this issue were addressed, the options of equation were taken, the solutions of two of those three authors were deducted (Zill and Larson), as since the third (Stewart) was very similar to the second. In addition the there is given solution to application problems by using both, their differential equations and their solutions. It was found that the graphs of the solutions in all three cases had the same behavior and solved problems could be resolved similar concerns. - Pedagogical practices that energize early childhood education

This article is the result of a research process systematization of experiences, focusing on the interaction of individuals and their environment, taking into account a biographical approach - allowing the narrative interpretation of information (photos, plannings class, field journals drawings, educational brochure, etc.), managing account for a pedagogical experience to validate the knowledge produced. Also a review of materials took place, as a result of research articles, books and corporate documents, which substantiate the research work, allowing conceptualize the following categories: teaching practice, methodological strategies and significant environments, thus, understand the dynamics developed in the early childhood education and achieve optimize the work of the teacher at school. The investigation reflect on pedagogical practices of teachers in early childhood, as a subject that streamlines the process of teaching and learning in the school, which requires the initiative of teachers, which is not limited to “do” but promotes guidance and understanding of feelings, feelings, skills and abilities that allow you to innovate, boosting the size of children aged 3-6 years, besides their curiosity, manifesting itself in the enjoyment of learning. - Use of methodologies for the analysis and diagnosis of agricultural production systems

The use of appropriate methodologies for the analysis and diagnosis of production systems in rural areas is becoming more evident, but are modified and adapted to current conditions to characterize these systems in relation to the use of natural resources, technological, administrative and socioeconomic they have and generate responses to the constraints identified. It uses an instrument (form) previously validated by experts in the field, which allows collecting information, then your application can be analyzed through descriptive statistics and then use multivariate techniques to it that reduces the number of variables and get principal components (PCA) that may explain the variability of the behavior of the same or multiple correspondence factor analysis (MCFA) that groups by factors. The resulting principal components are used to perform cluster analysis or “cluster” and to detect the similarity between the different production systems or their independence from other incorporated into the analysis. FODA is performed after using all methods exposed to generate conclusions and recommendations on the variables that are affecting the development of agricultural production systems. - Seedbed in science, technology and human formation

This document presents a reflection about the experience of participating in a research incubator. In this case the incubator in science, technology and human formation, grants the opportunity to the students, who voluntarily join, develop as young researchers, allowing them the construction of new knowledge and facilitating the integration and dialogue. This article is the result of a document revision that was carried out as part of the preparation of the main lecture in the III Conversatorio Filosofico organized by the Filosofia, Pensamiento Politico y Economico and the Filosofia Etica y Valores Humanos programs at the Vicerrectoria de Universidad Abierta y a Distancia (VUAD) at Santo Tomas University. One alternative research proposals in the social sciences area is the systematization of experiences as participatory modality of production of knowledge about educational and social practices, after ordering and classifying an experience, it goes through an exercise of analysis, interpretation and critical reflection with the purpose to give it sense and meaning.This research focuses in the systematization of experiences, and its object is to characterize the strategy “pair leaders” which is part of Sex Education Project (SEP), in The District Educational Institution (FDI), Jazmin, headquarter A, day morning, directed by Doris Forero psychologist since 2012.This experience focuses in a permanent dialogue of knowledges with students from eighth to eleventh grades, this with the purpose to know the context and interpret the reality in which the teenagers are involved, all this in the context of the sexual and reproductive rights, the meanings that the students as fellows give their own feelings, emotions, thoughts and actions with respect to their sexuality and others´sexuality.After the different training strategies that the psychologist does in the Jazmin (FDI), emerges a group of students leaders and empowered in themes of sexual and reproductive health and who have the purpose to be the multipliers of these themes to their pairs, so emerging, the “pair leaders” strategy. - Entrepreneurship and social innovation: intrapreneurship at the Santo Tomás University, Facatativá University Attention Center

Research in the Commune IV around Altos de Cazuca Municipality of Soacha continues, the conclusions of the first study that describes the characteristics, needs and proposed community organization, by undertaking solidarity. The goal of current research is to structure self-management in vulnerable populations in a complex context, through education and solidarity, technical, administrative and operational to generate solidarity training organization. Parallel to the business plan and development of the company, which allows them to legally create the organization is oriented. Participatory action research, PAR applies. The participatory character describes the method of promotion, training, technical assistance for the collective construction, the associated production and development of communicative action, dialogue and hermeneutics as epistemological basis of the processes. Census organizations, 13 companies associated work with structured interview in Soacha, as a comparative reference, to formulate the self-managed business is done. As a team result is achieved with 10 single mothers, cohesive, skilled in design and production of garments: underwear, pajamas, lingerie baby, home, and handling machines. Manage a maquila with orthopedic rehabilitation products. With strategic planning: they learn to plan, organize, evaluate the process and understand the paradigm shift. The group with democratic, ethical values and principles of solidarity is consolidated.
