This research analyzes the perceptions of psychology students from the Virtual Andean Area University Foundation in the face of a digital literacy course based on virtual learning environments. The methodological procedure is based on a cross-sectional descriptive quantitative approach. The sample is 131 students between 16 and 54 years old belonging to socioeconomic strata from 1 to 4. To collect information, a questionnaire was designed and validated that measures the perception of learning digital content. The results show that the level of schooling prior to the beginning of the course is a variable that can affect students' perceptions of it. - Contributions in formative research: case study of the research hotbeds in the Computer Engineering program

The objective of the reflection was oriented to investigate the actions that, through formative research, can be carried out in the research hotbeds. Initially, the importance that research has had in the transformation of society is highlighted. In this way, it is specified in the contributions of formative research and research training as challenges of higher education institutions. Methodologically, an exploratory documentary research was carried out, developed in several phases, in the first phase an exploration was carried out in the Scopus database, inquiring about works in formative research in different areas. Next, the projects carried out by the students in their participation in the nursery are identified, and reviewing how their results have contributed to the objectives of the nurseries, but mainly to the formative research in the Computer Engineering program. Finally, it can be concluded that the contributions of the seedbeds contributing to various areas of knowledge. - Didactic reference for the authorship of digital educational resources in the Faculty of Distance Studies of the Nueva Granada Military University (Colombia)

This article describes the significant learning experience achieved over the years by the administrative and teaching team attached to the Academic Directorate of Multimedia Development (DADM) of the Faculty of Distance Studies (Faedis) at the Nueva Granada Military University. It is intended to condense and guide the main premises when developing the multimedia study material for the Faedis. The conceptual bases of artificial intelligence, expert systems and knowledge engineering, and management are a fundamental point in the digital transformation of education. From this, fuzzy logic, as an expert system, is the pillar of our model based on matrices that are self#filled from the perspectives of experts and the guidelines of the Ministry of Education arranged in their matrices (qualitative systems). This allows migrating to quantitative data from rules of inference (quantitative systems). This model digitizes the curriculum framework and institutional management, that is, knowledge and data. This digital architecture is supported by university financing systems, research, entrepreneurship, digital talent, social projection, teaching, students, among others. All these elements generate the target matrices, which generate data that support the high-quality elements required by the Ministry of Education. - Social Imaginaries and "Word Clouds". The accelerated technological convergence, the need to generate new knowledge and anticipate in the face of a volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous context, establishes key challenges both for higher education institutions and for business scenarios. In this sense, it is necessary to enable new modes of connection and relationships to develop and consolidate group learning networks (in extension to personal learning networks) in order to create territories conducive to learning. The foregoing will have a greater scope if it is supported, in technological mediations, such as "word clouds" to reveal the social imaginaries typical of a community around a specific theme. Consequently, this article makes evident the emergence of systemic properties inherent to the representation of information, to identify new significant correlations of learning as a result of a collective reading that tunes people, imaginary and technological means. To do this, the result of exercises for the elaboration of "word clouds" carried out with different communities of people around different topics is presented, where their positions become evident and thus founding a scene of convergence of personal visions and emerging patterns. - Learning based on problems, on virtual learning environment, a teaching and learning model at the Universidad Santo Tomás (VUAD)

The PhD project seeks to establish the scope in the construction of knowledge of the ABP Model on AVA in distance education, in the field of training Philosophy of Virtual Learning Environments at the Faculty of Education of the Santo Tomás University - VUAD. In this perspective, the ABP-AVA model is applied to an experimental group and the AVA without ABP in the control group, observing the pedagogical, cognitive and practical scopes, according to the categories of acquisition, participation and creation / construction, Sánchez (2009 ) it is found that there are significant differences in the two groups selected for the study. The research presents contributions to the discourse in the construction of knowledge about educational models of distance training, proposing to the Universidad Santo Tomás in this modality an alternative pedagogical and didactic model for the design and dynamization of digital scenarios. - Research universities: an emerging paradox in teacher training

This article characterizes the meaning and scope of a research university and its implications in the teaching role: research training, the use of electronic tools and the application in the orientation of learning. The comprehensive interpretive paradigm was used, with a qualitative approach, based on a case study among the teachers of the Nueva Granada Military University. The importance of a generation of suitable academics emerges, demanding innovation, openness in their approaches and practices, fundamental aspects in the orientation of student learning with the use of electronic tools. It is concluded that the teacher's research training, the suitability and use of Information and Communication Technologies, Learning and Knowledge Technologies in their daily work, generates competences to the teacher that are easily transmitted to their learner through virtual environments. This article is presented as a reflection, in which the main events that gave rise to the Information Society (IS) and Knowledge (CS) and how these have transformed different social, economic and productive aspects are exposed, mainly for This writing highlights the influence of technology on teaching and learning processes in educational contexts. This work addresses a review of the scientific literature of the main environmental and socio-economic consequences of the ornamental fish market (PO) in Colombia. As the main results, it was found that this trade continues to be a global exchange activity for exotic species that generates great profits. The extraction of these species causes an imbalance in the natural populations that inhabit the bodies of water, generating concerns such as the depletion of the resource associated with overfishing and extraction practices, the introduction of exotic species to the different places of destination, the factors of stresses of animals that have caused emerging risks as they are carriers of pathogens such as viruses and bacteria. The indiscriminate use of chemical compounds such as salts, antibiotics, drugs, among others, in the reception of fish, in cultivation, in the treatment of diseases and quarantines. In addition to the above, poor feeding practices lead to the deterioration of water quality, causing additional impacts that must be considered. This activity has contributed to the socio-economic development and well-being of the fishing communities that depend directly and indirectly on this resource. Problems related to poverty in the communities, the low educational level, the lack of opportunities, the abandonment of the State and the little incentive for cultivation that impede the development of this activity, beyond the collection, were identified. - Editorial

The Colombian Air Force is a military institution focused on the hierarchy and the development of processes that are aligned with the constitutional order, in which a significant interest in innovation, creativity and technology has been generated, proposing strategies that allow carry out an administration of human talent of excellence. Therefore, the need to strengthen the human management system is created, which promotes motivation, a sense of belonging and loyalty of their talents. Based on the formation of a human management system of excellence, the Colombian Air Force is developing the following investigation "Strategic Human Management Model (MEGH), under a Phase I systemic approach", which intends to interrelate and synchronize the information of the computer systems and each of the subsystems of the Human Talent Management process in an integral way, in order to add value to the decision-making of the commanders, either for the daily management of human talent in the FAC (ex. transfers, training, evaluation by competencies, development plans, performance evaluation, among others; as well as for making decisions of a strategic nature, (eg, the projection of high-value profiles such as the selection of critical positions and / or positions of confidence), in addition to obtaining information that allows predictive and prescriptive analytics, aimed at improving institutional results. This article aims to present to the academic and business community the application and analysis of the RISE model (Route of innovation and business sustainability) in the company L., dedicated to surface evaluation, production optimization and intervention to wells to through the integration and adaptation of human, technological and financial resources to maintain a share in the hydrocarbon market. This analysis starts from the identification of the behavior of the financial indicators of the company to determine the profitability levels of the total assets and that obtained by the organization on its funds from data from the financial statements. Additionally, the execution of the RISE model to the company serves to identify risks and strengths through a diagnosis and intervention of the nine factors and four dimensions handled in this model. Likewise, an analysis report is established and an action plan is generated that includes the degree of priority for the execution of the activities, the economic resource, the personnel involved and the duration of the innovation and sustainability activities. Currently there is a great trend on Talent within the business world and its complicated management that is like a managerial philosophy on the set of knowledge, experiences, skills, abilities and attitudes, which are detected and developed throughout of the life; in relations with the family, work and social environment, therefore, it changes continuously as a natural consequence of the inevitable evolutionary process that man experiences. The objective of this work is to review citizen trust in the face of government action in risk and contingency situations such as the coronavirus covid-19 pandemic. A documentary, meta-analytical and retrospective study was carried out with a selection of sources indexed to international repositories, considering the period from 2010 to 2020, although the research design limited the results to the research scenario, suggesting the extension of the work towards the relationship between trust and microfinance within the framework of local development.
