Leaming is the dominating symbol of the education for the future. Making The Whole process of education an authentic intelligent organization is the sense in which this term is being used in the leaming ogonizations. It is an urgent challenge to accept and perform. This is why a Copemican spin would be necessary ; the center of education is the student, not the teacher ; the person, not the means or the processes ; the looking for excellence and total quality - to know how to integrate the human being in to life, not the plain information which by itself does not form. Every educating community is a total teaching compromise - leaming, where everybody leams and everybody taches; but leming does not begin or end there. It is long life leaming.

Total quality theory is very much applicable to education. Total quality is a response to future needs. However, it demands changes in the organization and functioning of education-thereby imposing a new mission. Education in the future will be personalized and integral and communication will be interactive.
