iTLS is a continuous improvement management model proposed by Russ Pirasteuh and Robert Fox in 2010 which, through the application of 7 consecutive steps, integrates the essence of each of the approaches of Theory of Constraints, Lean Manufacturing and Six sigma, proposing a powerful tool focused on quality and improvement of overall performance of the organization allowing proper decision making. Due to the importance of this subject and the need for research on its execution, this article presents the proposal of a detailed and complete methodology that supports the implementation process of the model proposed by Pirasteuh and Fox based on the assumptions that each of the theories integrated therein. This methodology is considered a fundamental tool for the implementation in companies that have little or no experience in the application of the model, proposing an accessible and flexible alternative that leads to the successful practice of the itls model. In addition to covering each of the steps proposed by the authors Pirasteuh and Fox, it also breaks down each of the activities into phases and adds tools that complement this process focused on increasing productivity and quality which would allow for successful continuous improvement at each company level. - Knowledge management model for smes, based on the quality management system and document management

Some studies show that the knowledge that organizations need to improve their performance can be managed more effectively when articulated with quality management and document management. A model for knowledge management was developed applying a qualitative method, based on a literature review and the identification of document management practices in selected SMEs, that integrates knowledge management with the quality management system and with document management, according to the technical standards NTC ISO 9001:2015 and NTC ISO 33001:2011 respectively. This model integrates knowledge captured from outside with that created in the organization, in order to facilitate its management under the limited conditions of SMEs. - Diagnosis of the management system integration and maturity level of a marketing company in the cleaning and cosmetics sector

The results of this paper are determined by the guidelines and regulations applicable to teleworking in Colombia in terms of occupational health and safety, to the design of the Occupational Health and Safety Model for autonomous teleworking, and to the structuring and validation of the Maturity of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (ema), Quality of Life (CoL), and Working Conditions (wc) instruments. For the development of the Model, the following categories were analyzed: advantages and disadvantages of teleworking, teleworking modalities, worker conditions, environmental conditions, conditions of the tasks, change management, leadership, and quality of life. Statistical validations were performed on each proposed instrument, such as internal consistency, factor analysis, and component analysis. In the proposed Model, the employer or contractor must address the prevention of accidents and occupational diseases and the protection and promotion of the health of workers and/or contractors through the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of a management system with principles based on the pdca cycle (Plan, Do, Check, and Act). - Value audits of the occupational health and safety management system in land transport companies for dry cargo

This article provides guidance on the approach of internal audits in the occupational safety and health management system in order to identify requirements not fully provided for in Decree 1072/2015. For this purpose, a Boyacá Business Group, made up of four cargo transport companies, is taken as the application scenario. A management model was created that integrates the variables involved in an audit process in accordance with ISO 19011 in order to provide evaluation tools that add value to their results while contributing to sustained productivity rates. Subsequently, Forrester’s simulation was applied, in which possible scenarios and the application of causal diagrams for the interrelationship between endogenous and exogenous variables are proposed. - Internal audit tool for companies with HSEQ systems

The management systems were created to support organizational development. However, due to a variety of criteria that auditors consider when conducting an audit, the need to improve audit practices arose. In this sense, organizations required guidance in managing audits in order to increase the validity and reliability of data. That is why this research presents a tool for conducting internal audits based on the gtc iso 19011: 2018 for companies with hseq systems. To this end, a mixed exploratory sequential derivative study was carried out. The tool has been designed based on the literature recommendations and the gtc iso 19011: 2018 and its content was then validated through expert consultation. The validation process indicates that the tool content is valid for application. The tool can guide companies with hseq systems in the management of their audits, from planning to the final report generation and the followup of the actions derived from the non-conformities or improvement opportunities detected. - Development of added value in the certification audit in highly complex organizations in Colombia with management systems

Complexity is a concept found in different contexts; nevertheless, complexity is based on the recognition of its elements and the relationships between them. Understanding complexity in the organizational context is a precise objective to address when it comes to certification. Deepening in the existing variables within the organization’s dynamics will allow understanding the operation of its management systems for the generation of value from audits. This article highlights the research proposal of a model for certification audits in highly complex organizations in Colombia with management systems and describes how through its components it tends to generate value as a result of considering the particular characteristics of the organization, the levels of evolution and systems progress as well as the interaction of the various organizational elements, all explored in the research. - Evaluation model for postgraduate training processes in administrative sciences

Postgraduate training pose a challenge for students, professors and institutions since multiple expectations must be met for a diverse student population and at high levels of quality demanded by the inspection and control bodies of educational processes, as well as those whocoordinate, plan, recommend and advise on processesof high quality accreditation of programs and institutionsof higher education. In this sense, it is necessaryto have evaluation models for dynamic training processes, which enhance interaction between the players inthe teaching-learning process while entails a source ofopportunities for improving the quality of training andthe achievement of learning results in training coursesor spaces and in the academic program. Therefore, thismethodological propose a model for the evaluation ofpostgraduate training processes in administrative sciences, which is composed of 5 dimensions (Diagnose, motivate, transmit, contextualize and apply) accordingto their intentionality and includes a feedback centralelement useful to make the required didactic and pedagogicaladjustments in any of the stages. - Diagnosis of the ohsms implementation in the pioneering construction companies of Colombia

Project management is currently a broad field of research given the diversity of methodologies and frameworks that emerge every day in different areas of knowledge. Therefore, this document proposes an integration of three frameworks that are trends in different fields. This is based on a literature review of 22 articles, mainly from Science Direct and Scopus, which were chosen through a systematic selection based on previously defined criteria. Then, the project, project management and project management methodology concepts were defined, which in turn led to recognize the importance of Project Management Offices in the organizational environment, and their role in permeating and teaching in companies. An approach was made to the concept and main characteristics of Design Thinking, oriented towards creation and design based on experimentation with the user, Lean, which aims to optimize and reduce waste, and Agile, which brings together aspects of the two previous ones, with the definition of a minimum viable product and prioritization of functionalities with the user. Finally, a framework was proposed that brings together the main characteristics and good practices of these three, thus concluding in a model adaptable from the Project Management Office to be implemented in any organization. - COVID-19 (coronavirus): un peligro emergente que requiere abordaje en las organizaciones
