In this paper, we shows a overview of a state of art about the relationships between ontological, epistemological and sociological dimension of human rights. In this research we seek to identify central problems and the methodologies used in such dimensions. In this way, we expose the conceptual framework and tree topics in the research problem: (i) constitutional theory; (ii) constitutional procedural law, and (iii) international systems of human rights protection. This work present the problems found in scientifically articles available in expert databases such as Proquest, Ebsco, Dialnet and Redalyc.

Exocrine pancreatic insufficiency is a syndrome characterized by bad digestion and poor absorption result of the failure of the secretion of pancreatic enzymes and other substances that facilitate the absorption of dietary nutrients and certain vitamins and minerals necessary for normal digestion food. The goal of treatment is replacement of pancreatic enzymes by oral enzyme extracts when clinical signs appear, which consists of administer enzyme supplements with every meal. In dogs has achieved the highest enzyme activity in the duodenum without enteric coating supplements, including cut crude pancreatic or pulverized enzymes. This review aims to upgrade from exocrine pancreatic insufficiency in dogs, which addresses the etiology, pathophysiology, history, clinical signs, differential diagnosis, sequelae, diagnosis, treatment, prognosis and treatment failures.

This paper deals with a literature review about the origin, development and implementation of Business Intelligence focused directly to solving problems in the financial area of the different organizations. Wanted contextualize how it tools have been incorporated into the decision making processes of modern business. A feature of the way it makes decisions has to do with the rational use made of the information available, and it is in this field where information technology and communication play a role today

The following document presents the redefinition of the role of social sciences in several dimensions. First, the subject is approached from the perspective of history. In a second step, the paper discusses the challenges of social science education. Similarly, and in a third stage, it is proposed that the social sciences have for immediate task of understanding social reality as fragmented text. In connection with the foregoing, in the letter states that this type of science should be proposed as main objective .the study of man from the public sphere and relationship with the surroundings.

With the entry into force of the 1991 Constitution, Colombia entered the era of fundamental rights as they catalog the Superior text is large and that the Constitutional Court has given scope beyond the simple meaning of the sentences that make each of these fundamental rights. In turn, it started the legislation has couple that were in effect prior to the new Charter and new rules are enacted. In this legislative development, the Colombian State has issued numerous rules that allow the restriction of personal freedom of the people living in the Colombian territory, whether of a temporary (security measures) or has permanent level (custodial sentences). In that future legislation, the crisis within jails and prisons in the country worsened, today introduced massive violations of fundamental rights of persons deprived of liberty by court order. Overcrowding, lack of information necessary to meet the basic needs of prisoners, the absence of a criminal policy consonant with the reality of these detention centers are just some of the issues that shape the aforementioned rights violations. With the research carried seeks to make recommendations to the criminal policies in jail and prison, to enable the State to overcome this crisis.

Reseña libro "Geografías de la memoria. Posiciones de las víctimas en Colombia en el periodo de Justicia transicional (2005- 2010)"

This article aims to analyze the inclusion in the Victim Restitution Act Land (Act 1448 of 2011), measures of reparation for victims of enforced disappearance under the Colombian armed conflict. It also discusses the mechanisms for the prevention and elimination of the crime of forced disappearance in Colombia within the framework of this Law This policy describes the progress and national and international jurisprudence on the subject, stressing the repair. The paper discusses the importance of research, search and delivery of the remains of the disappeared, as a preventive measure in the Forced Disappearance.

The requirements of our globalized world and the advancement of the teaching science show didactics as a fundamental category defined as the scientific discipline with principles, laws, theoretical and methodological frameworks, creatively modeling the pedagogical intervention in the academic environment. The implementation of the research "Teaching focused on the development of superior thinking and meaningful learning in students of first semester of Social Work Program", set the goal: Qualify the personal life and student projects from the acknowledgement of potentials of the subjects, for the development of competences meaningful to life. This is a research experience that has been developed since 2009 at Simon Bolivar University in the District of Barranquilla. The didactics was based on the development of superior thinking cognitive-process-centered, for the processing of information, creativity, readings of the reality of contexts, expounded/voiced subjectivities of life projects of students, the incorporation of TIC, in order to approach a humanizing and contextualized pedagogical practice. The critical theory was used in this research as a part of its epistemological basis for understanding and building a new academic scenario. The methodology used is the action with techniques such as mind mapping, dialogues, and stories of life, field works, and contents analysis, among others. The data analysis was guided by the hermeneutics as a possibility for the understanding and interpretation of the events that occurred in the classroom.

In this article we will see how the human talent, by misionalidad, has established his duty to be on the need to attract the best service delivery and quality of life of personnel testing it has resorted to various strategies of management. This written work is a research about a unique qualitative case, based in a methodology phenomenological and hermeneutical which through deep interviews let us get the live experience of one person who has suffered the need to get online in the social networks on internet, the influence that these virtual sites in her daily life, the way how she deals with the meeting and linking process and the senses involved in the social networks connections under the spotlight of established existential humanism theories.

The document below is proposed, intended to generate some thoughts, (as has been done the last 50 years in Western thought) about education, teaching and research, in the context of social practices contribute to the understanding of complex world in which intervenes civic culture, characterized by the convergence of different elements and multiple interactions in which the dynamism is its greatest feature, allowing the instruments relegation guiding the development of emerging and complex educational guidelines. The problem is formulated here, and so is made a priori, is the lack or absence of a mechanism that achieves attack pedagogical shortcomings of civic culture in regard to the social, and the existence of diversity social, and asking questions that guide reflection what are the characteristics of a pedagogy within education and research complex, allowing the formation of people with democratic qualities and citizenship skills.
