This publication describes the results obtained, from the development of the main research objective of generating a fair trade measurement instrument in each of the stages of the supply chain of Sacha inchi fruit in the Amazon region of Colombia. The study allows us to answer the question: ¿How fair or unfair is trade in each of the stages of the Sacha Inchi fruit supply chain in the Amazon region of Colombia? For its fulfillment, it was necessary to first determine the main variables, the assessment scale, the degrees of compliance, the relationship between the assessment and the ideal achievement, the comprehensive scope; and finally, the methodology for monitoring, assessment of opportunities for improvement, resulting from the evaluation of the comprehensive scope of economic justice in each of the stages of the supply chain. A mixed methodology is used, a type of probabilistic sampling; where the sample is 913 companies (Production 500 and marketing 413). This will test a series of investigative hypotheses that allow identifying the existence of fair and/or unfair trade in each of the stages of the Sacha Inchi fruit supply chain in the Amazon region of Colombia. The foregoing raises an academic and research precedent about the Sacha inchi fruit, with a valuable theoretical-practical foundation for the management of the supply chain in the Amazon region of Colombia. - Numero Completo

The companies of the diverse economic sectors permanently postulate objectives, goals and indicators in the different functional areas, which are reached by means of the suitable development of labors at strategic, tactical and operative level, being these executed by individuals influenced by internal and external factors, such is the case of labor satisfaction. The present research aims to analyze the variable in mention in different individuals of 4 sectorial groups, namely, food, traditional, logistic and emergent. The methodology had a quantitative approach, of descriptive type and of transversal cut, by means of the application of the questionnaire S20/23, instrument of great relevance in the object of study, in such sense, the sample was 356 occupied individuals. The most representative results indicate that the individuals can be agglomerated in 3 clusters, analyzed from two aspects: physical or tangible aspects and the personal or intangible aspects. From there it concludes that there is no substantial difference in the level of tangible aspects for the 3 clusters, but there is for the intangible aspects, suggesting that the logistics sector concentrate on strategies for physical aspects, the emerging sector on intangible aspects and the food and traditional sectors on a mixed strategy. - Export strategies for Santander's small and medium-sized enterprises to Mexico, according to current trade agreements.

Due to the central problem identified through the background research on the lack of knowledge of the export process and the conveniences that SMEs have in the Mexican market, and based on the FTAs in force in the country, this research seeks to identify opportunities for these companies at the time of entering the Mexican market, through strategies that can be used to make international presence as a destination country. This research has a qualitative and interpretative design of documentary type, non-experimental and longitudinal cut. The first phase of analysis corresponded to the study of the data obtained from the scientific articles and governmental pages consulted, by means of the model of the three fences and the MicMac tool that allowed identifying the opportunities and weaknesses as factors of change to export, in the second phase the importance of the selection of markets was highlighted since the export process is a key variable when entering the international market. The third consisted in the elaboration of a strategic plan with the identification of strategic actions according to the most relevant opportunities established. As a result, a proposal is presented to businessmen interested in expanding their products in foreign trade through the strategic plan and the support offered by the national government for this purpose. All this to provide information to the SMEs, so that they can carry out an export process efficiently with the respective strategic plans and programs, based on the support promoted by the different Colombian private and public organizations for exports. - METHODOLOGICAL PROPOSALS FOR DISTANCE OF HIGHER MATHEMATICS IN ACCOUNTING AND FINANCE
