Today, the circumstances given by the health emergency around the world has led to the transformation of educational institutions at all levels, preschool and higher education institutions were forced to integrate into different learning methods mediated through the web, thus incorporating technology to support the different study plans in order to reach each one of the students with the same efficiency and effectiveness, guaranteeing that the academic levels do not decline compared to the ones ofphysical environments or classrooms in the past. Therefore, the web tool for motivation and interaction of students in web conferences using gamification used in this research, can be considered as an initial version since it will only be applied in the Acrobat Web-Conference Tool, also known as Adobe Connect. The purpose isto scale the project to other web conference tools and solve any functionality limitations in different fixed or mobile technological devices. This article is oriented towards the analysis and design, also the implementation of a prototype to be used in educational web conferences for virtual courses at the Universidad Nacional Abierta y a Distancia UNAD. - Preferences for technological tools that facilitate participation between family and school, and that provides learning support for students in special and normal education

The low participation of families in schools shows the need to integrate them using tools for face-to-face or virtual education. When the child has special educational needs, due to the extra time required for specific attention, the teacher’s academic support is not enough, and family support is also required for learning. Newtechnologies could increase this participation since it is free of schedules and travel distances. An initial study is presented regarding the preferences for using traditional media (paper and pencil), versus technological ones (email, internet, WhatsApp), to fill in questionnaires about family life quality. It works with 124 families,61 of them from special education schools and 63 from general education schools. The results suggest that families prefer to choose the media according to uses of the educational institution. The participation percentage is significantly higher when digital alternatives are chosen. This result opens new relationships betweenfamilies and schools by having a better learningexperience and more social inclusion. - The development of communicative competence and oral expression for presenting ideas and projects

The study at the methodological level was approached from a qualitative standpoint, with the support of some quantitative instruments. We worked on the Action Research (IA) type, the realities of the students were identified regarding the type of intelligence and its relationship with the type of thought; and later some guidelines were designed for the courses: Intelligence and Creativity of the Psychology and Pedagogy Program that is part of the Philosophy program. We took as a basis the multiple intelligence test ofUgas, G. It issubsequently intended that the teacher networks of the pedagogy courses of the Educational SciencesSchool, the bachelor’s degree program in Philosophy and of Intelligence and creativity belonging to theSchool of Social Sciences, Arts and Humanities, shall program the activities of these courses consideringthe characteristics, factors and processes of students according to their type of intelligence basedon the results presented in this research.
