The Digital transformation has permeated all spheres of the economy and the financial sector has been no exception; the constant changes in the habits of financial consumers require that the processes in this field be digitally efficient and in the shortest possible time. Thus, investment and venture companies now find attractive investments in this sector, which in 2019 have invested more than 8,000 million dollars in this type of startups. The Fintech sector is generating different service options for the entire population, both banked and unbanked, as well as companies, and the traditional financial sector is becoming a strategic ally through synergies that allow it to offer a range of services that seek to meet the needs of customers. financial consumers. This article presents the definition and evolution of Fintech and its objective is to determine if its alliance with Colombian financial institutions has been important in the development of financial inclusion. In the end, the challenges are identified to achieve compliance with the sustainable development goals related to financial inclusion. The purpose of this article is to contribute to the increase of competitiveness from the marketing area of MSMEs in the textile sector in Bogota (Colombia). Taking into account that companies, especially micro companies, have been affected in the development of their activities throughout history and particularly with the appearance of COVID-19 in the global environment. In addition to the above, it is evident that organizations do not have a tactical direction in relation to digital marketing, which has caused a large proportion of MSMEs to reduce their sales and, therefore, have deteriorated labor guarantees and especially the number of employees to survive in the market. The general objective was to identify the digital marketing tactics implemented in MSMEs of the textile sector in Bogota (Colombia) to attract customers before and during the COVID-19 pandemic. The theoretical framework is based on the theory of the digital marketing mix presented by Chaffy and other authors. For the methodology, a mixed-cut analysis was used in such a way that, in the first instance, the review of articles included in databases was carried out, to strengthen the reference framework; in a second moment, field research was conducted through the application of a longitudinal survey, and at the end of obtaining the information, a comparison of the data before and during the COVID-19 pandemic was made.

- Effects of The Internationalization of The Colombian Economy on The Production And Income of The Rice, Coffee, Sugar Cane And Cocoa Sectors In Colombia: Analysis of Panel Data In The Years 2011-2020

This article presents a part of the results of the Special Research Project -PIE, called "Analysis of the process of internationalization of the economy in the income of the rural population in Colombia, as the basis of a social protection policy in the rural sector" which includes the evolution of the main agricultural subsectors (rice, coffee, sugar cane and cocoa), in which the data reported in the National Administrative Department of Statistics -DANE and producer associations are used. The analytical and econometric results of the evolution of these subsectors in the period 2011 to 2020 show that the majority have increased production, productivity and the real value of crops and therefore the income of producers, therefore the process Internationalization has brought positive effects, which is confirmed by the modeling carried out by panel data. Price is significant in the model in models with a 90% confidence level and expected positive sign, therefore, it is a key variable in agents' production decisions. The FTA with the United States positively impacts rice, coffee and sugarcane crops, but has negative effects on cocoa production, and there is no solid evidence of the effect of covid19 on production, but the models show a negative sign, but without statistical significance (This may be due to the recentness of the phenomenon and therefore to the lack of data) evidencing the evident loss in the production of important lines of the economy, but no significant effects are found in the four subsectors. - Implementation of NFC technology in the HORECA channel: sustainability, loyalty and user profile definition
