Since the Constitution of 1991 established that Colombia is a multiethnical and pluricultural country, there is a growing interest about the multiculturalist issue among academic and political sectors. These investigations describe the history of the ignorance about the cultures of Colombia and examines today´s tension lived by the colombian State, which, in his task of fighting for the liberty and equality of the citizens, it has to recognise also the colective rights. The colombian experience shows the limits of the liberal legislation based traditionallly on individual rights and gives us a context for the discussion about the role of the State in the issue of the colective rights. The moral philosophers that supportcomunitarism and the ones that support the universality of the human rights have recently focussed on this issue.Key words:Plurality, culture, Colombia, law, native, participation, recognition, Constitution. - LATIN AMERICA IN FRONT OF THE POST-MODERNITY: ANALYSIS AND PERSPECTIVES

This text deals synthetically with the main hits of philosophy in Cuba. The route begins with the philosophical production of the scholastic, the reception and response, the education of the students, the creation of schools and the university as a privileged center for the production of philosophy. Movements and trends as the Enlightenment, humanism, among others, generate discussion inside the schools. Then, the philosophical production is fed by a type of thinkers that make their way into universal themes and generate a more specialized type of school. The route here presented is cronological, so that it makes clear the different stages of the philosophical thinking in the island.Key words: Philosophy, Enlightenment, humanism, atheism, fideism, marxism, leninism. - TOMAS DE SAN MARTIN A CRHISTIAN REFORMER HUMANIST

The proposal of this paper is to offer an analysis of the discussion about the cannibalism and the native human sacrifices in the contest of the controversy between Las Casas and Sepúlveda. This analysis is very relevant, because it allows observing the roots more distant of the actual law of intervention and the doctrine of the human rights. For that effect, the author begins with a fast description of the causes that drove to the fight of Valladolid, at the same time that enunciates the four points in discussion. In second place, is realized a description more or less detailed of the fourth argument of the controversy, which treats about the human sacrifices and the native cannibalism. And it concludes showing that, explaining these practices, Las Casas looks for the integration of the native cultures in the general mark of the historic universal knowledge.Key Words: Cannibalism, human sacrifices, natural law, right war. - AN APROACH TO ANALOGICAL HERMENEUTICS

So, I will first talk about hermeneutics in general so that I can give a brief but sufficient idea about it and later I will detail what analogical hermeneutics is. But, in order to do that, we will have to make an exposition, also very briefly, about whatanalogy is, so that we can understand the concept.Key words: Hermeneutics, analogy, sense, interpretation, dialogue, difference, similarity.
