  • Access to Justice in Times of COVID-19, Tabasco, Mexico Case
In order to strengthen and guarantee access to justice as a human right, the justice system in Mexico must provide for social interest and public order. Because it is listed as an essential activity for all the governed. In times of pandemic contingency, the state authority must unanimously seek to protect and safeguard the Human Rights of life and public health. Reason why, the State must be in charge of implementing new norms and sanitary measures to guarantee these Rights. The new judicial normality is showing that orality and digitalization will survive together and will be strengthened, since the first element brings speed to matters, while technological and electronic means allow the continuity of the service, especially that it broadens the catalog of the Access to Justice. Therefore, this document addresses in a particular and substantial way the prompt strategy of the Judicial Power of the state of Tabasco to grant and guarantee access to justice in times of pandemic, proving to be a positive driver, to break paradigms of access to justice in the state of Tabasco. For this, the natural law currents better known as natural law and iuspositivism called positive law were used.

The COVID-19 pandemic has caused devastation of great proportions that implies physical, economic, social and moral destruction, it has put great nations against the wall and a tremor in unwritten rights such as the human right to accompany a loved one or a familiar to not dealing with death alone, in itself it has reminded us of the finitude of the human being. The following article is the result of analyzing the current state of the human right to say goodbye to determine the minimum social responsibility actions to deal with people in critical states, who leave and with family members who remain. Burial practices and procedures have been identified in Mexico from the moment of death to delivery of the body and care. A reflection on this situation contributes to recognizing the right to say goodbye and to propose that critical patients with COVID-19 can say goodbye to their relatives in this impasse between life and death, thereby avoiding that the mourning of those who remain will be complicated in their physical, psychic and mental health and they be able to say goodbye to those who are leaving with dignity, it is necessary to promote the accompaniment of those who are now leaving and to ponder this human right not yet validated to say goodbye.
  • The consumption of mobile individual transportation platforms in university young people: case of Colombia and Mexico
The collaborative economy arises with the mutual help approach, but this approach deepens in the relationships of companies and people through technological advances. Therefore, at present, the world economy is going through a process of reorganization in its value chain, characterized by the use of digital technologies that generate a transformation in the lifestyle of human beings, impacting the economy and society. In the Latin American case, the countries that stand out under this economic model are Brazil and Mexico, closely followed by Peru and Argentina. For its part, Colombia is in the embryonic state of law, since there is no structured legal framework, which has led to a series of economic and social situations that have led to the finding of the two economic schemes. This research sought to determine the habits of use of urban transport companies that operate under the collaborative economy scheme Bogotá and Mexico, in young university students. It can be concluded that there are no significant differences by cities, which leads to the assumption that this type of service could implement cross-cutting marketing strategies to improve its competitiveness with respect to traditional transportation service.
  • Renewable energies as an inclusion tool a proposal in vulnerable populations
Energy poverty is defined as the lack of satisfaction of energy services essential for human life (lack of access, quantity and quality not only of energy but also of equipment), and has an impact on the level of well-being and human development of household members. Technologies play a central role in the processes of inclusion and social change. In this framework, the use of renewable energies is considered a valid tool to alleviate the situation of energy poverty and promote social inclusion. In the present work, an intervention proposal is presented to satisfy the sanitary hot water energy service in a vulnerable neighborhood of the city of Bahía Blanca. The technology to be implemented, with its benefits, the target population and the proposed methodology to carry out an impact analysis through a random experiment are detailed. In turn, the difficulties and changes implemented in the application of this technology due to the COVID-19 pandemic are discussed. In the preliminary socio-economic results, it is found that the target population shows multiple deprivations and the energy dimension is one of them. On the other hand, it is concluded that the individual strategies developed to satisfy energy needs are inefficient, polluting and irregular, while neighbors show incentives to participate in an environmentally friendly and low-cost proposal.
  • Transparency and acces tu public information in pandemic situations
This document exposes advantages that transparency and access to public information to society can generate. These rights cannot rest only on the legislation, but require actions, objectives, goals and programs that make them effective. It is understood that not only the evolution of these must be observed at the constitutional and legal level, but also attend to the implementation of public policies as generators of citizenship, creating trust in the systems of accountability, supervision and responsibilities, as well as their roots in society, because an informed and participatory society contributes to the growth of their country. In this sense, this document links the right of access to information and transparency as a democratic mechanism in which the State and citizenship binomial provide conditions for improvement based on the information raised during a pandemic.
