This article shows multiple ways to talk about sexual diversity, involving elements as cultural, social, religious and business. The study makes a description of sorne interpretations of the concept of homosexuality in different cultures and civilizations primarily in lndia,Albania and in Samoa lsland.And also,like in the ancient native american towns. The severity of the internal armed conflict affecting Colombia has endangered the satisfaction of victims' rights in the face of violations caused by the use of landmines, unexploded ordnance, and explosive remnants of war by armed groups. In this context, the implementation of legal strategies that contribute through rights education for victims to demand the restoration of their rights is an urgent task aimed at settling a historical debt that academia, the State, and civil society owe to the Orinoquia region. The University of Santo Tomás in Villavicencio hopes to propose horizons of social transformation that elevate the dignity of the human person in all its dimensions. In order to listen to the voices of victims of the internal armed conflict, Colombia enacted Law 1448 of 2011, a regulation that is still in the process of implementation and raises many unanswered questions. However, it incorporates an interesting approach to the visibility of a historically marginalized sector, which demands a differentiated and transformative treatment regarding the harm suffered and the constant threat to their rights. - The Good and the Bad of Being a Man or a Woman: Gender Social Representations in Male and Female Students of an Educational Institution in the Rural Area of Meta Department

This article shows the children 's comprehension about the positive and negative aspects of being man or woman, which were gathered in the development of the sexual education 's project from the Simon Bolivar educational institution in La Palmera town, municipality of San Carlos de Guaroa. lt was made a comprehensive approach about the children 's comprehension of being man or woman. This paper is a characterization of the learning styles of students in first half of the University of Santo Tomas, home Villavicencio, the 2012-2 academic period. For this purpose we used the learning style questionnaire Honey-Alonso ( 1988), who define learning as a dynamic process that occurs in several ways. This paper aims to identify the successes, failures and implications of technology education for the development of human talent the country needs.To address this problem, firstly we review sorne of the state policies about establishing relationships with sorne of the conceptions of technological thinking, hereinafter (PT) and, moreover, analyzes the current situation of education in technology in the country to highlight their strengths and weaknesses. By highlighting the strengths and weaknesses that have been in the field of technology education are sorne of the distorted conceptions that have been taking place around the technology and educational process that undoubtedly influence how the training has focused on this area of education. The current research has as aim to analyze the likely Agro touristic market in Villavicencio city to determine tendencies which lead likely market strategy plans, its design was mixed, taken from real fields with a strong documented support, all the data was gathered by visiting the Meta DepartmentTouristic lnstitution and by checking specialized bibliographical documents throughout the contains analysis technique, it was determined that the touristic sector in Villavicencio has a great and meaningful role in its social economy, nevertheless the information coming from the Agro touristic sub-sector seems to be quite limited and lacks of a more complete statistical touristic system. - The Warner Bros. The purpose of this article is to identify and reflect on what a theological researcher should be and should do. This reflection is based on the personality features and methodological attitudes that characterize a cartoon such as "El coyote". The article analyzes both the personality and methodological features that a researcher shall master.To achieve this, the topic will be addressed from three aspects: the "estudiositas", this is, the theology researcher as a man of study; contemplation and dialogue openness as two means to face reality; and finally, faith as the base and foundation of the theological research. The article finishes stating how a theological researcher shall be an eager seeker of God, which by no means is easy to find and when it is believed to be in one hands it goes away, thus the research work shall restart again. - Editorial note Episteme 4
