Research in the Commune IV around Altos de Cazuca Municipality of Soacha continues, the conclusions of the first study that describes the characteristics, needs and proposed community organization, by undertaking solidarity. The goal of current research is to structure self-management in vulnerable populations in a complex context, through education and solidarity, technical, administrative and operational to generate solidarity training organization. Parallel to the business plan and development of the company, which allows them to legally create the organization is oriented. Participatory action research, PAR applies. The participatory character describes the method of promotion, training, technical assistance for the collective construction, the associated production and development of communicative action, dialogue and hermeneutics as epistemological basis of the processes. Census organizations, 13 companies associated work with structured interview in Soacha, as a comparative reference, to formulate the self-managed business is done. As a team result is achieved with 10 single mothers, cohesive, skilled in design and production of garments: underwear, pajamas, lingerie baby, home, and handling machines. Manage a maquila with orthopedic rehabilitation products. With strategic planning: they learn to plan, organize, evaluate the process and understand the paradigm shift. The group with democratic, ethical values and principles of solidarity is consolidated. Education booklets and concepts of complex environments, democratic self-management and joint education for community involvement are built.
