RESUMEN ANALÍTICOEl mercado actual demanda una gran competitividad entre las empresas que disponen productos y/o servicios, al hablar de empresa competitiva se hace referencia al proceso en el cual una organización establece componentes para poseer la capacidad de producir y mercadear productos en mejores condiciones con relaciona la competencia. Existen diversas técnicas para cumplir los objetivos de una empresa, entre las que se resaltan la Vigilancia Tecnológica (VT) e Inteligencia Competitiva. La aplicación de VT demanda grandes cantidades de tiempo, recursos técnicos y humanos por tal  motivo se proponen mecanismo de depuración para hacer el proceso sencillo y eficiente.Para facilitar la aplicación de VT, es necesario  hacer uso de sistemas tecnológicos, que brinden eficiencia y eficacia al momento de gestionar información. El objetivo de este artículo es demostrar  la  influencia  de    los  agentes  inteligentes  en  el  proceso  de  VT,  partiendo  de  la  vinculación  de  la inteligencia artificial con los procesos empresariales. The aim of this article  is  to demonstrate the influence of intelligent agents in the VT process, based on the linkage of artificial intelligence to business processes.
