The use of appropriate methodologies for the analysis and diagnosis of production systems in rural areas is becoming more evident, but  are modified and adapted to current conditions to characterize these systems in relation to the use of natural resources, technological, administrative and socioeconomic they have and generate responses to the constraints identified. It uses an instrument (form) previously validated by experts in the field, which allows collecting information, then your application can be analyzed through descriptive statistics and then use multivariate techniques to it that reduces the number of variables and get principal components (PCA) that may explain the variability of the behavior of the same or multiple correspondence factor analysis (MCFA) that groups by factors. The resulting principal components are used to perform cluster analysis or “cluster” and to detect the similarity between the different production systems or their independence from other incorporated into the analysis. FODA is performed after using all methods exposed to generate conclusions and recommendations on the variables that are affecting the development of agricultural production systems.
