El presente artículo de reflexión científica, da cuenta cómo las ciudades argentinas y su sociedad civil plantean acciones de protesta contra empresas extractivas capitalistas, el Estado nacional y/o provincial, por las condiciones en cuanto a lo legal, económico, social y ambiental de las actividades con la reforma de la Constitución Nacional y la transferencia a los estados provinciales en relación a la explotación de los recursos mineros. En este sentido, las acciones colectivas de protesta, particularmente en la Patagonia, se plasman en Asambleas Vecinales Autoconvocadas para frenado de los proyectos más complejos de mega-minería. Asimismo, el impacto territorial local, de las explotaciones en una fase de creciente mundialización de la economía, en las ciudades, es resistido por los vecinos que se organizan frenando los proyectos de acumulación des-posesión de sus recursos naturales. Todo ello a través del estudio de casos de resistencia y protesta de organizaciones sociales en provincias patagónicas. AbstractThis research article is about the way Argentinian cities and their civil society suggest demonstrations in protest of capitalist companies that exploit natural resources, and the national and/or regional government; By the legal, economic, social and environmental activities with the reform of the Constitution and transfer to states in relation to the exploitation of mineral resources. In this sense, the collective actions of protest, particularly in Patagonia, Neighborhood This is reflected in Neighborhood Assemblies placed by themselves to stopping the most complex projects of great-mining.
