Student dropout is a reality and a complex phenomenon in the country. In this paper, a predictive model is proposed that serves as a support to the colombian universities for dropout analisys onstudents, main, on virtual undergraduate programs. A predictive model, can help to organizationsgenerate profits and avoid future losses, taking historical data so show results expected to be analized and support on decisions. This model is developed, taking historical events with different variables of type: social, academic, personal, work, login to e-learning platforms, etc, next, this variables deep learning algorithms are applied. This paper offers a production growth analysis model for a restaurant that participates in a gastronomic contest which boosts the demand, as is the case of the event known as Burger Master. Despite its relative new presence in the foodie environment, the seven-day contest known as Burger Master (which pretends to choosethe best hamburger in Colombia using social networks) has become an economic, cultural and gastronomicalsuccess in the country. This paper aims to show, using an income analysis methodology, how should be theincrease in the production function for each restaurant in the contest in order to keep at least the same levelof gross income of a normal week. It is expected that this paper is useful for the analysis (from the point of viewof the producer-contestant) of different food festivals that imply a special discount during the contest, anduseful as well for the students of business management of the Universidad Nacional and other institutions.Keywords: gross income level; demand; discount; microeconomy; food contests; income analysis

The present review paper study represents an effort to structure a model from behavioral psychologyand epidemiology, adapting the model of Luo, Gao & Cassels (2018) to the social realities of developingcountries. Two softwares were executed, which are The Critical Appraisals Skills Program - CASP andStrengthening the Reporting of Observational Studies in Epidemiology - STROBE, in order to configure aPRISMA-type diagram using five different equations for the bibliometrics exercise. 710,911 documentsfrom the United States National Institutes of Health were reviewed and filtered in a final consolidation of26 scientific articles using strict inclusion and exclusion criteria. The prototype of the psychological andepidemiological model was structured in seven distinct phases, proving to be consistent with the existingmodels and could serve as a starting point for the design of regional containment projects for COVID-19in areas of limited financial and economic resources destined to fight the pandemic.Keywords: epidemiology; mathematical Models; COVID-19; pandemic; bibliometry.

Resumen

Education is essential for integral development as human beings, due to learning of basic concepts andbehavioral parameters occurring and developing in the social sphere. Throughout history, different models or paradigms have emerged seeking to give guidelines, techniques, tools and strategies to meet theobjectives and goals proposed in processes carried out within the education and design of the studyprogram. One of these paradigms is behaviorism, which due to its incorrect and incomplete application misrepresent the latter and has received strong criticism in practice. Therefore, this research proposes to observe and establish the effects of the application of the principles of Applied BehavioralAnalysis in the teaching of religious ethical values of 12 adolescents aged 11 to 13, belonging to thecatechesis group of the Buen Pastor Church of Bucaramanga. In order to achieve this, an ABAB designresearch was carried out, measuring dependent variables motivation and participation after a socialreinforcers and a token economy program was implemented. The results showed that these latest Behavioral Analysis strategies were effective in increasing participation, motivation and level of learning

This article proposes a model which contains some stages of development, for the implementation oflearning results in the Digital University Institution of Antioquia. Some conceptual bases are shown fromauthors who have written about it and considerations in this regard made by the Ministry of NationalEducation of Colombia. Alzheimer’s disease (AD) is a type of dementia characterized by progressive cognitive and neurophysiological deterioration, whit a high incidence today, due to the number of people who suffer from itworldwide, the exponential projection, and the high cost in palliative treatments to patients and careof psychological illnesses to caregivers for the conse quences caused. Although in Colombia there is aninfrequent variant of Ad known as frontotemporal dementia in Young people, the pathological focus ofAD is the elderly, who therefore present delicate concomitant clinical symptoms. Although it is a knowdisease some time ago and its advances regarding pathology have increased, obtaining biomarkers,knowing the importance of some proteins and the geenetic factor have been of great help in the development of AD, to date they are known few advances in early detection, treatments fot this and a posiblecure, regarding the speed with which the disease progresses after the appearance of its firt symptoms.Keywords: alzheimer’s disease; cognitive; impairment; dementia; neurodegenerative

This article intends to approach from the search of political references and bibliographic antecedents, the current Colombian linguistic policies in relation to the national bilingualism plan, beingable to infer that Colombia still does not have the tools and the training to consider itself a bilingualcountry. In this manuscript will be tackled the situations or causes of said problem; being in the firstplace: the little effort that is evident in the adoption of international linguistic models. Additionally, the number of hours in terms of intensity of English classes and finally, the teacher training programs that can be implemented in the different national locations, which are not consistent with second language learning models. On the other hand, the policies that have been implemented overthe years in Colombia and how these have affected countless communities will be concisely shown,clarifying certain tensions that are experienced in our territory and which magnitude is unknown.Keywords: multicultural; multilingual; policies; english; linguistic

Virtual education has boomed in recent years, due to the multiple benefits it offers. However, this educational modality faces great challenges such as low motivation, lack of dynamism in the courses and highdropout rates. That is why DIDACTIC arises, a project that consists of a gamified tool and a contactabilityplatform developed with artificial intelligence, which seeks to increase motivation and the teacher-student connection, in order to improve teaching and learning processes and contribute to the decrease instudent dropout. In this research, describe this project, its theoretical bases, methodology and specificresults so far. New technologies are reinventing many sectors of the economy, and the education sector is no stranger to these changes. Industry 4.0 permeates these sectors with new innovations that some considerbeneficial, others on the contrary, dangerous. However, there are meeting points and changes that willbe inevitable in this new era of knowledge. Objective: to present a set of methods, tools and proceduresfound in the literature review, on how these new technologies are changing and will definitely change allsectors, especially focused on the education sector. Definitions are presented around the elements thatare shaping the digital transformation in education, these are artificial intelligence, virtual and augmented reality and big data. Methodology: Technological surveillance is used to search for scientific articlesin primary and secondary sources, as well as mainly indexed databases. Results: Examples from 4.0 technologies are presented to support the educational sector. Conclusions: New technologies will be veryuseful tools to impart knowledge and informative education, thanks to their technical and technological capabilities. This review article is part of the theoretical support of the ongoing research project that aimsto characterize families belonging to the Seventh-day Adventist Church in Colombia.
