Occupational permanence is one of the relevant factors at evaluating the human resource cost in any com[1]pany. This study analyzes the factors that influence the motivation of a worker in the wood-logging sector to remain at his job long enough in order to balance the cost-benefit ratio for the company. This states an important factor for any HR office since it is evident that this balance must be found to compensate the investment in workers training, as well as strengthening the empathy and stability bonds in order to improve the occupational environment and maintain a repository of experiences from the oldest staff, contributing to the know-how of the company. The following study aims to demonstrate, from a statistical point of view, that the long-term occupational relationships can be analyzed and mathematically modeled in order to find out the influence of the fundamental factors in the occupational performance to the permanence of a worker in his/her position, beyond the working title or position. - Aerial Photography as an Input for Urban and Regional Multitemporal Studies. The increased use of geographic data has expanded the different techniques for the capture, analysis and management of georeferenced information today. However, in many occasions it is necessary to have historical information of geographic origin that does not have the adequate treatment for its implementation in GIS. This document describes the rectification procedure that allows the use of aerial photographs as input for urban and regional studies, allowing qualitative and quantitative analysis, by obtaining properly georeferenced cartographic products. In the application of the method, aerial photographs of Bogotá from 1949 to 2004 were used. Concomitantly, the NSSDA method was applied as a method to evaluate positional quality so that a user can determine the relevance of the use or omission of the generated mosaics - The Quantum Fourier Transform

This research study aims to identify whether or not there are changes in working memory, inhibitory control and text comprehension in a sample of Argentine university students. All national and international regula tions and prescriptions in bioethics were followed for the execution of this study. The data analysis took place using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences, so that the most rigorous analysis of the data and the most precise quantification of the information were made, allowing to obtain significant differences between each of the variables analyzed. It is necessary to apply more research of this type in all Latin American university contexts, since this practice will allow universities to have a clear correlation between basic neuropsychological principles and reading skills in their students.of responses in these patients, a process composed in turn by three threads necessary for success in this task. - Childhood ADHD Through the Attentional Model of Posner and Petersen

Different atientional models have developed evaluative paradigms of patients, through solid and well-founded theoretical bases, in order to explain the alterations presented in them. According to what is described in the Posner and Petersen model, there are three specific neural networks that interact with each other andthat fulfill different functions within the cognitive process so that atiention finally occurs: alertness, orientation and executive control. The correct interaction and functioning between these three networks is fundamental for the proper atientional process and it has been proposed that an imbalance in any of these networks leads to the appearance of a wide variety of symptoms, which have aroused the interest of researchers, adding new understandings where they have been able to evaluate according to different tasks and paradigms. Until now, it has been documented that patients with ADHD may mainly present alterations in executive control. However, recent empirical evidence also suggests that the alert network could play an important role in the development of the symptoms of this disorder. In a narrative review published in 2020,the new evidence available for two theoretical models of the etiology of ADHD was evaluated in light of the atientional network model of Posner and Petersen. These two models were the inhibition and the cognitive-energetic. The first model proposes that there is poor response inhibition in these patients, a processmade up of three threads necessary for success in this task. - Clinical utility of the Frontal Assessment Battery (FAB) in detecting dysexecutive symptoms in people with Parkinson's disease and higher education

The objective of this study was to describe the emotional impact of socio-political violence in a sample of 22 people (8 men and 14 women) between the ages of 20 and 50 who were victims of events associated with socio-political violence before the age of 18. The instruments used were the Inventory of Traumatic Experiences in Childhood, Colombian version (ETI-SRCol) by Posada, Londoño & Gaviria, (2019), the Family Affects Questionnaire and the sociodemographic variables questionnaire designed for this study. This study allows us to conclude that although the traumatic experiences associated with sociopolitical violence occurred before the age of 18, their effects persist today in the daily, personal and social spheres. - Efficacy of Functional Analytical Psychotherapy to decrease Experiential Avoidance Disorder: A pilot study

Functional Analytical Psychotherapy (FAP) is a therapeutic model framed in contextual therapies. It uses the therapeutic relationship as a mechanism of change and its objective is to modify behaviors associated with the client's problems within the session. No studies have been reported on the effectiveness of FAP in the Mexican population, therefore the objective of the present study was to measure the efficacy of FAP in reducing clinical problems framed in exponential avoidance disorder. A pre-experimental study (n = 11) was carried out with pre-treatment and post-treatment measures. According to the results obtained, a statistically significant decrease in AAQ-II scores was observed, interpreting it as a decrease in experiential avoidance disorder. Under these results, the present study shows that FAP is an effective approach, however it is suggested to make designs with greater methodological rigor. - Anxiety disorders from an Acceptance and Commitment Therapy perspective: A reflective study

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) has been recognized for more than three decades as one of the most relevant evidence-based therapies, which is why it occupies a privileged place within the so-called third generation or third wave therapies. The purpose of this article, more than doing a statistical meta-analysis or doing a clinical study, is to carry out a reflective exercise, since the scope of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy has been extended not only to clinical, experimental, and psychotherapeutic, but have had a profound impact on the scientific literature of behavioral, cognitive and contextual therapies. The approach to anxiety disorders from the Acceptance and Commitment Therapy has shown a solid and very strong quality in the data obtained, which is why it is one of the most effective therapies to treat anxiety, exhibiting itself as one of the most effective treatments. for the entire wide range of problems surrounding anxiety and associated disorders. - Compliance with Components of the National Disaster Risk Management System in Public Institutions Of Primary and Secondary Education of a Commune of Medellin

The main objective of this article is to approach the theoretical understanding of emotions from two perspectives, one philosophical and the other neuroscientific. At the same time, generate a dialogue with theorists of aesthetics and memory in order to configure a proposal to re-aestheticize emotions from memory or joyful memory as a tool to find meaning in life and enhance the action of the subjects. This power has been diminished, among many other reasons, due to the naturalization of negative affects such as sadness and fear or the lack of awareness of what emotions mean in the construction of realities. - Possibilities of Community Radio. In this work, we perform a comparison between three platiorms for live coding, i.e., the real-time creation of sounds and rhythms through mathematical expressions. The orchestras or computer ensembles are groups that use live coding as a means to interpret music. In these ensembles, each computer must synchronize with the server, considering that multiple instruments are played simultaneously. Thus, finding tools that are versatile in relation to interconnecting computers, and that fit the type of user, be it a musician or a computer scientist, is one of the central challenges in live coding. Given the above, we seek to compare the functionality and practicality of current tools for music interpretation in a computer orchestra. For this reason, three platiorms used in computer music creation events were selected: Estuary, Gibber, and Troop. These platiorms were compared with respect to ease of installation, amount of supported DSL (domain-specific languages), connection time, and statistics in GitHub. As a result of the comparative analysis, we found that each platiorm can be adjusted to a different type of user, generating the following recommendations: (i) Estuary for beginners in live coding; (ii) Gibber for quick presentations, occasional assemblies, and users with basic live coding skills; (iii) Troop for users with advanced knowledge of live coding. In addition, the implementation of the SoOrOk platiorm is proposed, as an alternative that will integrate utilities from the analyzed platforms, allowing its use by people with basic or advanced live coding knowledge. - Preliminares
