In current times, Paraguay faces two very clear situations, the teaching and training of university teachers. Teaching in university education is under the gaze of regulatory entities such as the Ministry of Education and Sciences (MEC), the National Council of Higher Education (CONES), the National Agency for the Evaluation and Accreditation of Higher Education, (ANEAES) and the National Council of Science and Technology (CONACYT). The presentation on educational quality in Paraguay is exposed through bodies created by law, which regulate the opening of Universities and the educational functions within them, also creating the Research Center (CONACYT), each estate with its own work team. It focuses on the organizational part, guidelines and organizing quality criteria for the apparently optimal performance of universities and therefore that of teachers, a very complex and complicated task, because the authors are subject to a number of structural obstacles, organizational, including politics. A critical look at teacher training is a reality, which does not go in parallel with what is intended to be achieved, which is an educational quality. It is necessary to look at an interaction curriculum such as mirror education and the internalization of university education and teaching in our country, urgently and necessary. Another work mechanism that can lead to Paraguay is to work on skills and abilities with teaching based on challenges, challenges and future projections. Curricular reengineering is necessary to improve the quality and training of future professionals for the exercise of each of the professions developed through Universities. - Neurobionics as an Emerging Discipline: Contributions to the Future of Health Sciences and Social Sciences

Neurobionics is a science that is bordering between the health sciences, engineering and neurosciences, taking elements from these scientific disciplines, becoming a relatively new science, which has caused it to be a very little known field, even among health science professionals, however, they are still a discipline that is itself a basic science, but also an applied science. The present study has used two softwares: CASP and STROBE, to conduct a survey of the forty databases of the National Institutes of Health of the United States of North America, in order to review the last ten years in relation to literature scientist on neurobionics. Six different equations were analyzed for the search and inclusion and exclusion criteria were applied. The study yielded information and findings that indicate that neurobionics is an extremely promising field, both for making contributions to the health sciences and for the social sciences, given its enormous versatility and capacity to carry out transdisciplinary work, since it is in the frontier of human knowledge, to the point of forcing us to rethink the definition of what the human species is in light of the use of technologies integrated into the central nervous system. - Tabla de Contenido

The present qualitative research study is part of a series of discursive analyzes within the framework of a conceptual process that allowed us to see the configuration between beliefs and representations of a social nature around the phenomenon of child abuse in the upbringing of children and within the framework contemporary educational. The gnoseological approach of this research had symbolic interactionism as its essence, for which the methodological strategies for analysis are discussion groups, in-depth interviews and participant observation, by enabling the emergence of social representations through interaction and conversation with parents. This study has found that children and adolescents are also able to carry out in-depth analyzes of situations of violence, and it is recommended that within the Colombian and Latin American educational system, children, adolescents and young people can be provided with enriching contexts. Necessary in affective, emotional, intellectual and relational matiers so that they can develop in a balanced, healthy and adaptive way - Use of Clean Architecture to work with best practices in the construction of Java applications.

Electric vehicles are gaining more and more acceptance and they are considered an interesting solution for sustainable mobility and low emissions, but the purchase cost is the main barrier to their mass adoption. This paper presents a Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) model for personal use cars in Colombia. The objective is to compare an Electric Vehicle (EV) and a Conventional Vehicle (CV) with similar characteristics. All costs that occur during vehicle expected useful life are considered and analyzed for both cases, including purchase cost, taxes, mandatory insurance in face of traffic accidents, maintenance and parts costs, periodic technical reviews, and fuel or electricity cost. The TCO for both vehicles is calculated for a product lifetime of 10 years; the Consumer Price Index is used as the annual rate of increase in costs to be calculated; then, the Net Present Value is calculated, using the Fixed Term Deposit rate, since vehicle purchase is considered as an investment that user is going to do. The results are presented and exposed for which cases, the electric vehicle is already a more financially attractive option than a conventional vehicle, considering the average distance traveled per year by the user. In addition, the purchase cost of EV is estimated so that the TCO is equal to CV - Performance in Semantic Prime Test With Use of Conditioned Word Stimuli

The present paper aimed to corroborate if a stimulus/word, whose conditioned function through its pairing with high-intensity sounds of short delay type and that elicits responses valued by the subjects as undesired, exerts control of the stimulation as interference or facilitation of response in a semantic primacy test whose target stimuli are words belonging to the desired or unwanted categories. A significant result was obtained in the comparison of the groups by means of the Moses extreme reactions test in incongruous trials, with a greater number of errors being observed in the experimental subjects of the conditioned group, however, no significant differences were found for the number of errors in trials congruent and latencies in none of the cases. The discussion explains the possible reasons why, unlike the research history, no confirmatory results were obtained regarding latencies, including the meaning and differences between the undesirability of the conditioned stimulus in relation to the desirability and undesirability of the Target stimuli of the test, likewise, control problems, given some instrumental limitations. - Technology as a Possible Solution to Contemporary Educational Problems

Contemporary education faces multiple problems such as low student motivation, high dropout rates, or high rates of learning poverty. These problems have increased in the current context due to the Covid-19 pandemic. In the fight against these problems, educational technologies emerge as possible alternative solutions. Therefore, this article presents the work developed by a group of Colombian researchers who apply "design thinking" to build a disruptive solution that helps solve some of the problems of students and teachers of digital education contemporary. With the development of this project, it is found that educational trends such as gamification can favor the increase in student motivation thanks to the use of game elements. Likewise, the findings indicate that artificial intelligence can contribute to the early detection of students who are at risk of dropping out of courses, thus improving the process of monitoring and accompanying them. - Fibromyalgia and depression. Fibromyalgia is a chronic syndrome, characterized by pain acute and diffuse that causes significant deterioration in different areas of the life of the sick person. In fact, some factors physical, biological and psychological have an increasing influence during the disease, on the increase of the pain and a great impact on the quality of life. One of the psychological factors highlighted and addressed in this discussion is the depression, considering that it can mediate the onset of pain. The objective of this article is to perform a theoretical review about the relationship between fibromyalgia and depression and its incidence in increasing pain. - Carta del Editor

The role that higher education institutions have historically been playing in the development of nations has been fundamental, however, in countries like Colombia, the connection between universities as research centers and the business sector has not been so strong, given that small and medium-sized companies have not seen, for the most part, the benefits of the research carried out in their facilities. This review study presents an analysis of different scientific publications advanced by various universities of the City of Medellín to the business sector. It is concluded that Colombian universities must diametrically improve their links and agreements with the business sector, so that they do not cover only some companies through projects, but rather that universities can generate their own social and technical research laboratories. and scientific within the companies, with the goal of providing coverage to thousands and thousands of companies that have lacked the support and advice of universietis to guarantee their sustainability and future. - Racism and prejudice: A Latin-American Journals Literatur Review from the Behavioral-Analytic Perspective

The purpose of this paper is to review literature in Latin American journals from the last 40 years on racism and racial prejudice from a behavioral-analytic perspective. It also describes the frames of reference of these perspectives and gives an interpretation of racism and racial prejudice from a behavioral-analytic perspective. The results indicate a lack of work on the subject, with only 5 articles identified, all in Portuguese from Brazil. It concludes with a call to action for psychologists to participate in the understanding of the phenomenon, as well as in intervention to mitigate it, pointing out some possible work routes. - Behaviorist Psychology as a Science or a Technology? To understand the general concept, it is vitally important to divide each of its parts, and to define its incidence in today's society through history. Thurstone and Thorndike created a concept of "multifactorial intelligence", which connects a myriad of capabilities, but each of them with independent tasks; Instead, Guilford developed a three-dimensional model, in which intelligence must be taken into consideration for its operations, contents and products, this in any activity in which it is required. On the way to a concrete definition, Horn and Cattell integrate the conceptions of all past studies and create two types of intelligence, a fluid intelligence responsible for learning new concepts; and a crystallized intelligence responsible for the use of previously acquired learning, this positioning intelligence as a series of psychological processes. Currently, the concept of emotional intelligence has been reevaluated to give rise to a concept in which both experimental psychologists, neuroscienrists and neuropsychologists converge, giving rise to a much more objective epistemological and scientific transition: emotional skills. - Sobre la Revista

The Management of Public Projects requires an integrative look from the conception of the life cycle and the value chain of the organization, for the convergence of the needs of the population and the measurement of the effect or impact of the project. For this overlapping, the application of the Theory of Change is proposed, which allows the development of the causal chain of the analysis construct, considering the needs of the population, resources, deliverables, intermediate results (early victories) and final. Likewise, as a corollary to the causal relationships, the Theory favors the monitoring of the results through the metrics supported by the assumptions and restrictions of the project. In line with the above, the management of public projects benefits from the insertion of this Theory in the structuring of programs, portfolios and projects, because a clear relationship is established between development requirements and the potential of the territory. The results of the application of the Theory of Change associated with the structuring of an educational model are presented, which is based on the needs of the students.
