Financial education allows people to have a better quality of life and build a future with economic security; however, recent studies show that the lack of knowledge in basic financial concepts causes people to make bad decisions, even acquire unsustainable debt exposing themselves to high levels of stress. To establish the level of financial education, its application in personal finance, and the relationship it has with the well-being of the educational community of the Digital University Institution of Antioquia, it is necessary to use a mix of quantitative and qualitative methodology. The survey applied to 417 individuals between teachers, administrators, and students, shows that 81.5% are students, 79.1% consider that it is somehow important to keep a daily record of expenses, more than 50% have ant expenses, and /or make compulsive purchases, 75.5% have debts, 50.6% consider that they have adequate management of their finances, 79.4% state that they need financial education to be well[1]being, 18.2% resort to new debts to pay their expenses and commitments for the month, 19.4% do not make any type of savings or have provided security for old age. Triangulating the results of the nominal group technique and the survey, it is concluded that in the educational community of the Digital University Institution of Antioquia, the management of personal finances is related to the level of financial education, that despite its importance, individuals do not adequately manage or plan their income and expenses, and that the vast majority have debts, making it necessary to design financial education strategies that benefit this population. - Preliminares

Editor - Design of a Web Application for the Monitoring and Management of Photovoltaic Electric Charging Points for Mobile Devices in Commercial Environments

This paper presents the results obtained from a research project to design a web application for monitoring charging points with photovoltaic energy for food establishments. The project begins with the collection of data from the target audience, a first survey aimed at restaurant owners and the second at customers. Afterward, the construction of the prototype is carried out, which involved the selection of a polycrystalline photovoltaic panel, a voltage regulator, and a battery. An ESP32-embedded device was used to take the generated electrical current and voltage values and upload them to the Thingspeak repository. Finally, the web application is developed based on three fundamental stages and it was designed to visualize the values of the variables stored in the cloud. The results of the survey applied to restaurant owners showed that 61.9% of those surveyed did not know if there were restaurants that offered electric charging services for mobile devices and that 61.9% preferred energy from renewable sources. The results of the survey applied to customers indicated that 55% of respondents were interested in using a web application to locate a restaurant with an electric charging service for mobile devices. In general, the research showed a lack of electric charging service for mobile devices in restaurants but also showed a wide potential demand to implement it with photovoltaic and renewable energy sources. The web application was developed in Node JS to act as a client-server between the data stored in the cloud and another stage in Mongodb where the data of voltage, electric current, and personal data of the user are stored. In the same way, a third stage was developed in React JS, which has the purpose of visualizing, through a graphical interface, the values of the variables stored in the cloud - Relationship of Archeology and Pedagogy. The purpose of this article is to reflect on the relationship between archaeology and pedagogy, two sciences that together can generate valuable contributions to approach full knowledge about the representation of the Colombian archaeological heritage. Considering together the various ways that can be created to address the teaching and learning process in children, adolescents and the general community. With the interest of presenting methods that can be used as a thread to divulge, promote, safeguard, protect, defend and enjoy the wonderful vestiges and patrimonial inheritance derived from past civilizations, and of the present that leave multiple traces to effectively demonstrate elements that founded the social, cultural and natural character of societies. That is to say, it consists of observing from the perceived reality the manifesto of the existence of humanity. In relation to the methodology, we approached the critical analysis of the opinions generated by numerous authors in various documents concerning archeology, pedagogy and historical heritage. That validated the argumentation of the final reflection to express and discover the point of view of the co-researcher and the achievement of new knowledge during the inquiry of the information obtained for that purpose. In addition, this work is based on the line of research pedagogy and dissemination of archaeological heritage.as a proposal to achieve meaningful learning of the environment. - Crowdsourcing Applied to SfM Photogrammetry as a Tool for the Preservation of Cultural Heritage of Pasto, Colombia

The objective of this work is the three-dimensional reconstruction of an artistic work of the "Carnaval de Negros y Blancos". From crowdsourcing of data, 93 were acquired and processed to generate a 3D model, in the specialized software Pix4D, which digitally built a part of a “carroza carnavalera” representative of this Nariño festival, which is located in the Museo Del Carnaval in Pasto. This work is a proposal for the conservation of intangible cultural heritage in the southwest of Colombia, understanding that the artisans and participants of the event complement the symbolic figure of the carnival. In line with the above, it is recognized that the craft of elaborating artistic works by artisans should be preserved because it consolidates a joint construction and represents the way in which the inhabitants of Nariño understand the world, exposing the values and elements that strengthen the regional identity in general. - Development and implementation of a low-cost automatic system for the regulation of climatic variables in greenhouse crops

This work contains part of research project, in which an automated variable regulation and fertigation system is designed and implemented at low cost, in a vertical hydroponic greenhouse for green fodder. The variables to regulate are: temperature, relative humidity and air flow. In addition, a fertigation system is implemented for the simultaneous application of water and fertilizers on hydroponic crop of green fodder, all this, to guarantee the propper growth of the crop, which has the purpose of serving as food for farm animals. - Educational Strategy based on Connectivism and Problem-Based Learning: Design of a Virtual Classroom

The COVID-19 pandemic caused teaching-modes adaptation challenges that higher education institutions had to face when they had to transferred face-to-face courses to virtual modalities. This required pedagogical innovations that demanded the implementation of information and communication technologies to teaching-learning processes. A virtual classroom was designed for an interdisciplinary course leaded by occupational therapy professionals. It proposes a community project based on flipped classroom and problem-based learning (PBL) strategies, conceptualized under the connectivism theory. It encompasses 5 categories: design and user experience, communication and interaction, intellectual property, pedagogy and didactics, and learning assessment and continuous feedback. The proposal uses the LMS Moodle platform to facilitate feedback options and multimedia content access, and it uniformly organizes the learning thematic route. The flipped classroom and PBL strategies promote the development of learning skills such as critical and analytic thinking, collaborative and interdisciplinary work, and self-adoption of the learning process. Connectivism proposes the use of tools which enhance peer and instructor interaction due to familiarity with habitual communication contexts. From the perspective of the instructor, challenges to be updated on the use of technological resources oriented to significant learning, and that address current social needs are highlighted. From the standpoint of the student, challenges point to the need to strengthen leadership and formative process appropriation.
