El objetivo de esta investigación es examinar la evolución y tendencias investigativas sobre marketing orientadas a industrias culturales y creativas. La metodología parte de un análisis bibliométrico de 374 documentos académicos obtenidos a partir de una ecuación de búsqueda formulada en Scopus, para esto se plantearon indicadores de cantidad, calidad y estructura. Entre los hallazgos, se observa que es necesario un mayor enfoque en economías emergentes, ya que su contexto social, cultural y económico es particular. Se concluye que los temas más investigados son: estrategia de mercado, diseño de producto, influencia del factor cultural, gestión de la industria (en términos de capacidades operativas y operacionalización) y acciones de internacionalización orientadas a la expansión de dichas industrias.

This article discusses the importance of information and communication technology (ICT) in the teaching-learning processes conducted in rural communities as strategies for social inclusion. Inclusion mechanisms arise from the development of policies and projects aligned to the appropriation and use of ICT, directing them towards educational processes that meet the needs and characteristics of their reality, creating better opportunities, promoting rural development and providing greater potential for integration into the labor market and improving the quality of life, access to information and reducing the digital gap.

This article analyzes the importance of public libraries in the context of social development and commu- nity participation. Accordingly, it identifies the importance of public libraries as spaces of social interac- tion and coexistence between citizens, presenting the case of the park libraries in Medellin, Colombia, as a successful strategy for promoting citizen inclusion and participation. The article concludes that public libraries are inclusive spaces, in terms of equal access to technological, informational, cultural and social services, as well as knowledge-accessing services. The article is the result of research conducted in 2012 titled Strategies of public communication for citizen participation in park libraries: case study of the Parque Biblioteca Fernando Botero library in the city of Medellin. This research was conducted within the Sinfacciones research incubator of the Communications Faculty at Universidad de Antioquia.
