This document describes the analysis of the needs to increase the collection in Colpensiones, for the concept of Pension Bonds and Contributions by Fiscal Location of the public entities of the territorial order and Public Hospitals; From which the parameters for an information and payment system for the use of debtor entities for these concepts are established. The project is the result of the authors' degree work to obtain the title of Specialists in Management for Business Development from the Santo Tomás University (VUAD).
