After outlining the concept and the future's notion and prospective; the prospective is stated as a modem modality of exertion whichhas to take into account the theory of social actors. The author proposes the prospective model which takes advantage of thefollowing conditions : secondary information sources, expert workshops and specialized software. Among the steps of the model, there are four distinguishing aspects : present situation, probable future situation. desirable future situation, possible future situation.

This prospective interpretation is based on the phenomena of competitive society, society in the age of expanding knowledge and technology and of the evolution of society. Challenges to the 21st century society have affected the dignity of the individual. Education must play a central role in forming the new society.
