The paper addresses recent developments of environmental law from the Biolaw perspective, following the incorporation of biotic postulates both in ecocentric dimension of it, as in the temporal dimension, to reach the incipient recognition of the animal and future generations rights. Finally, in conclusion, there is provided a concept of Biolaw.
