Based on the new needs of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), a product of Industry 4.0 and a globalized environment that demands the development and implementation of new information technologies, PymeNegocios emerges, a legal tech services platform  that systematizes intermediation and the analysis, enlistment and diagnosis of companies (due diligence)  in the processes of investing, buying and selling businesses through artificial intelligence techniques and data analytics. This initiative seeks to facilitate and streamline the commercial operations of SMEs in the Colombian economy, which allows them to extend to Latin America.
