This interview inquiries about what feminist movements have conquered including gender equality within the public policies discussions. A social movement framed into the struggle context seeking “recognition” which must explains the moral maturity of societies. At the same time, it is a debate about what we might call its “discursive order” and upon the context in which feminists movements have emerged in both Colombia and Venezuela. This paper concludes that gender equality as a discourse and action is the way in which men and women are each other represented as parts of a political sphere, within the polis context, where human relationships logics exist ruling in men and women interactions are present.
