There are multiple entrepreneurship initiatives that meet the current demand of the markets; These initiatives must guarantee sustainable growth supported by innovation models injected into their business models. The aforementioned growth must be supported by the adequate management of human capital, a variable that plays a leading role in the continuity of entrepreneurship. This document aims to link the entrepreneurial model, innovation and type of organization developed by 19 entrepreneurs in the city of Bogotá and the analysis of the variables that determine the type of organization conceived in each of its initiatives.
