As an objective this ‘state of the art’ article will identify the fundamentals and lines of research of the field of communication and sports, starting from the revision of studies and reflections carried out by some social and human science disciplines, including communication and journalism. As methodology it is applied the documentary or secondary research method, within the qualitative approach, in order to examine 81 bibliographical references. The results and discussion part is about how the documents revision was done, which allowed: 1) to point out the subjects from social and human sciences which have studied sports the most, and to determine the contribution they have made to the creation and development of the field of communication and sports; 2) to identify four great lines of research (sport community, sport and identity, sportive relationships, and future sport) with which it is possible to carry out an integrative analysis of the sports phenomena; 3) to identify which are some of the main academic studies in Latin America, Europe, North America, and Oceania (Australia specially) which represent and establish the field of commutation and sports

Esta edición cuenta con 10 artículos, de los cuales seis se refieren a los estudios feministas y de género, y cuatro a la sección general de la Revista Calarma. También se han incorporado dos reseñas de libros, una relacionada con el derecho y, otra, con las tecnologías de la información y la comunicación.

This paper provides the concepts for building a community television model for human development, that from programming, projection, strategic alliances, participation and human development, helps to encourage people’s expressive capabilities and to improve their life standards; and also becomes the input for the design of programming that, from the topics of coexistence, democracy and citizenship, children and youth and community experiences, helps to meet the country’s development needs.

Este artículo hace un recorrido por el origen, tipos y desarrollo del voseo, forma  con  la  que  se  expresan  las  dos  terceras  partes  de  los  habitantes  del continente americano, con el propósito de  reflexionar sobre  la posibilidad de que se incorpore a la enseñanza en las escuelas y en la producción de contenidos de los medios de comunicación de las regiones que lo utilizan habitualmente y lo conciben  como  un  fuerte  elemento  de  identidad  cultural. Con  el  estudio  delvoseo se quiere contribuir a  la comprensión de un fenómeno  lingüístico muy arraigado en América Latina y el Caribe, que amerita un reconocimiento mayor y una investigación permanente, toda vez que su evolución a pesar de las rígidasreglas del castellano tradicional de España se constituye en un acto de rebeldía y autonomía como el que expresaron nuestros próceres hace doscientos para darnos la  independencia.Palabras clave: Voseo, educación, América Latina y el Caribe, Medios de Comunicación.

The beginning of 2023 brought pendular news on conflict and peacebuilding, the subject of the dossier of the Calarma Journal Number 2. On the one end, the war between Ukraine and Russia, one of the most Global since World War II, commemorates a year of confrontation with 300,000 military and 18,000 civilian deaths (Maguey, 2023) caused by the bombings and the clash of the infantry between the sides in contention. Moreover, this is one of the 32 active conflicts disclosed by the Escola de Cultura de Pau of the Autonomous University of Barcelona in its 2021 report on conflicts, human rights, and peacebuilding (Navarro et al., 2022). It already reported the confrontation between the pro-Russian separatist militias in the Donetsk and Lugansk regions supported by Russia and the State Armed Forces under the new pro-European authorities, which hinted at where it was going to escalate, that is, to the war that the media show today.
