This article discusses theoretically substantive and procedural aspects of the Bankruptcy revocation action under Argentine law, based on Law No. 24,522, the doctrine specialized in Argentine bankruptcy law and some judicial pronouncements. It was made a review of the structure of the action based on a reflection that would clarify its importance for the operation of trade relations. The above action is seen as an appropriate measure to safeguard the general pledge of creditors in the development of legal negotiable relations, allowing economic balance between the parties and respect for the principle of pars conditiocreditorum.
